That Nightly (or Morning) Drinking Habit
A glass of wine or a beer (and probably more than one) may be something you look forward to all day long. Actually getting yourself to the gym can be the hardest part, which is why good habits can be the key to sticking to your workouts. Another key? Something to get you up and going. Proponents of cannabis and fitness point to its ability to help them stay in the zone during training and its recovery benefits after a hard workout. Cannabis is just like anything. If you’re consuming irresponsibly, it’s going to have negative consequences, and that’s true for something like caffeine. But there’s an argument to be made that moderate cannabis use – particularly when it’s taking the place of your current bad habits – will actually make your life better.
